This is the situation many ERP customers are in and we at Digitus have succeeded in handling this in different ways:

• We assessed the customizations for one of our Automotive customers and migrated them from QAD SE to Adaptive EE in October 2023 for 4 of their sites. We removed the customizations that are fulfilled by the new features and migrated the rest.
• We are rolling out the core model of one of our Hi-tech Electronics customer to multiple sites across countries on QAD EE.
• Digitus is supporting AMS for a FMCG customer on QAD EE on prem. We have, within the first six months, reviewed and evaluated their readiness for QAD Adaptive 2024 including the scope of customizations to be moved to standard application and the exceptions to be moved to non-intrusive extensions to the application.
• We are supporting a Telecommunication customer to migrate their QAD EE version to Adaptive 2024, in partnership with QAD.

We have a team experienced in multiple ERPs and we have expertise in process and data integration across ERP systems:

• We have implemented QAD Adaptive 2023 on cloud for an EV component manufacturer. The customer is using Oracle for their Financials at group level. We are integrating their processes through data flow between QAD and Oracle using the Boomi Platform.
• A global Electronics manufacturer of microconnectors was challenged with integration of a joint order to ship process with one of their key customer partner using a different ERP. Our team helped achieve the integration working with multiple service providers and the two customer organizations.
• A Hi-tech global manufacturer had a highly organization specific pricing approach implemented through ModelN across all their units. We have worked with this customer to exchange and process the information between the ModelN and multiple instances of QAD application through Oracle SOA.

Our deep expertise in EDI allows us to enable smoothening supply chain communication for our customers using EDI. We have done both standard and custom implementations of EDI. Some of the notable projects are:

• Implementation/Rollout and Support of EDI for a large Electronics manufacturer using QAD eCommerce module and the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• End to End EDI Support for an Automotive manufacturer covering QAD eCommerce and the QCE applications. It included Trading Partner Onboarding, Workflow and Map development, Monitoring and providing 24/7 support.
• We have built and are supporting web based EDI for a specific requirement where standard EDI was not feasible.

"True to our raison d'etre or purpose we focus on simplifying IT for business users and improving their work life balance." And some of our efforts in this area include:

• Automation of Accounts Payable with a 3 way match, eliminating errors and improving productivity for our customers. We have implemented this using Abbyy/UiPath for some customers and AI Builder on the Power Apps platform of Microsoft for others.
• Expense Claim and other workflow applications have been deployed by Digitus to improve personal productivity and employee satisfaction of one of our key customers.
• Implemented eInvoicing with centralized tax and invoices in India and Malaysia ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Simplification of Content Delivery / Management across multiple instances / languages by integrating PIM with eCommerce platform for one of our Hi-tech Electronics customers.
• Implemented solution to have stock taking/inventory counting done through Android applications from mobile devices and subsequent one time upload of the information to QAD ERP for transaction recording.

The team at Digitus works as an extended arm of the customer IT team and hence work closely with the business teams of the customer taking ownership of support:

• We are currently working a manufacturing customer on QAD Adaptive 2023, where customer was facing many implementation issues. We have teamed up with their IT to work closely with business teams in each of the functions and fix the issues in the implementation as well as train the business teams to utilize all the features of the cloud platform effectively.
• To increase end user satisfaction of QAD users in an Automotive customer, we strategized with the IT Head to define a SPOC for each site from our support team who owns all the requirements of the site and collaborates closely with the site team to address issues proactively. The improvements were clearly visible within 4 months.
• In 2023, we enabled eInvoicing on an unsupported version of QAD for a tier 3 automotive supplier who needed that to comply with Government / Tax regulations.
